David Lord
David is the President and oversees all facets of the customer engagement business. Prior to joining in 2022 and his subsequent promotion to President in 2024, David served as the General Manager at Credit.com. David holds an M.B.A. from Wake Forest and a B.S. in Business from Indiana University.
Cameron Reichert
Cameron is the Senior Vice President of Customer Success & Business Solutions, where she is responsible for client onboarding, relationship management, and growth initiatives. She holds a B.A. in Business with an emphasis in Global Leadership from Arizona State University.
Brian Salvatori
Brian is the Vice President of Operations. Brian brings over 25 years of experience leading operations both domestic and international. Prior to joining EverService Engagement, Brian served as the Head of Customer Care Operations for Frontier Airlines. Brian holds a B.A. in Psychology from Eckerd College.
Scott Sauerbier
Scott is the Vice President of Sales and Partnerships. He has over 25 years of sales leadership experience and a proven track record of delivering results. Prior to joining EverService, he held sales leadership roles with Oakleaf, Waste Management, and AssuriCare.
Christopher Osburn
Christopher is the Vice President of Technology. He has 16 years of contact center technology experience and has led the execution of numerous strategic initiatives including the development of proprietary systems for EverService Engagement.
